In case you haven’t heard, Belgium boasts some of the best cooking in the world. But what do Belgians really eat and drink when they’re at home with their families and friends gathered around the table?

The answer is that they reproduce the same, unpretentious food that their grandmothers produced effortlessly in their simple kitchens.
