The 2019 trout festival | A wonderful gourmet tradition in Bouillon

This incredible foodie festival will take place along the restaurants in Bouillon and the villages around. A real feast to be enjoyed in April 2019.

Menus will feature trout with a Meunière, Ardenne, almond sauce amongst other delicacies. There will be something to delight every palate and please every budget. Countless gourmets will join the event.

This initiative, taken by Robert Jacquet (former restaurant owner and president of the Royal SI de Bouillon) helps people fall in love with that wonderful fish all over again.
