The new exhibition at the Musée royal de Mariemont features over 125 Egyptian textiles created between the 3rd and 12th century: a fascinating selection of clothes, wool and linen designs and decorative masterpieces.

This impressive collection, which features items never showed to the public before, will transport you to the heart of Egyptian homes. Fabrics say a lot about the life of those wearing or using them...

Visitors will also have the chance of discovering the weaving and dyeing techniques used.
