Though a themed trail revealing the Giorgio de Chirico's fascinating personality, the exhibition offers a real immersion in this Italian artist's mysterious, dreamlike and poetic world...

Chirico was considered a pioneetof modern art as early as 1910, his work even inspiring surrealism. Discovered by René Magritte, Paul Delvaux et Jane Graverol in Belgium, his pieces greatly would influence them.

The exhibition offers a wonderful dialogue between the threee main stars of Belgian surrealism and their inspiration.
