Charleroi has some super-trendy places to drink

Whether you’re on a getaway trip or a city break, it’s always a good idea to pause for a moment and gather your strength over a glass of something.

The Rockerill

This former factory saved by a group of artists has been transformed into a veritable place of exchange where artists are honoured. A venue for concerts but also workshops for artists or even an exhibition hall, the Rockerill welcomes you every Thursday for “industrial aperitifs” (apéros industriels), where concerts and good humour await you.

The Nautilus

The Nautilus has been animating the nights in Charleroi for more than 35 years. A meeting place for students when classes have ended, it welcomes a more varied clientele throughout the day, in a convivial atmosphere. Very quiet during the week, the atmosphere in the bar heats up when the “apéro du vendredi” or “Friday’s aperitif” transforms the Nautilus into one of the hottest places in the region.

The Irish Times Pub

Experience all the atmosphere, human warmth and charm of Dublin’s Irish pubs in the heart of Charleroi. Wooden tables, high stools, barrel tables, dimmed lighting – the perfect setting for having a great time with your partner or friends.
