  • The most beautiful villages of Wallonia

Chassepierre is in the province of Luxembourg, four kilometres from Florenville. This charmin village is famous for its International Festival of Street Arts in the third weekend of August.

The charming village of Chassepierre welcomes you 4 km from Florenville and about 20 km from Bouillon.

Painters flock here to capture Chassepierre’s stunning 18th and 19th century houses, Saint-Martin church and its cemetery, the presbytery and the old mill.

The village is also notable for its network of underground galleries below the church, known as ‘Le Trou des Fées, which were dug by hand and are today accessible by a footbridge.

Another good reason for visiting is the excellent farmer’s market held every Sunday morning in the heart of the village.
