The chocolatier trained at Wittamer's in Brussels before continuing his career in the greatest hotels in the world.
In 2003, he opens his first shop in Waterloo. He is now adding selling points all the way to Japan.
Worth knowing: he was named vice world champion in the international ice cream competition, earned the third price in the world pastry competition in 2003... He also is proud of being, for life, an official ambassador of Belgian chocolate.
