  • Chocolate maker

Master chocolatier Marc Ducobu invites you to visit his shop in Waterloo: it's a real dream for those with a sweet tooth!

The real challenge? Choosing.

Pastries, cakes, tarts, macarons, croissants and the likes, chocolate, ice-creams, spreads, pralines, sweets and even zakouskis and savoury tarts... Go on. Indulge. You only live once!

Marc Ducobu

The chocolatier trained at Wittamer's in Brussels before continuing his career in the greatest hotels in the world.

In 2003, he opens his first shop in Waterloo. He is now adding selling points all the way to Japan.

Worth knowing: he was named vice world champion in the international ice cream competition, earned the third price in the world pastry competition in 2003... He also is proud of being, for life, an official ambassador of Belgian chocolate.

Pâtisserie Ducobu organises every year the amateur competition for the very best Belgian macaron.

A member of the exclusive Relais Dessert circle

Relais Dessert International is an association gathering the greatest names in the pâtisserie field with only a hundred or so on the list. For the last 35 years old, these amazing chefs have promoted haute-pâtisserie around the world.

Ducobu: this pâtisserie in Waterloo will make your sweetest dreams come true.
