Located in the historical heart of the village, this beautiful water mill was carefully renovated, allowing the building to use the hydraulic power of the Acoz stream to produce wheat flour, as well as clean electricity: a wonderful sustainable project.
The visit concludes with a tasting of local products: cheese, fougasse and beer.
