- Museum & discovery
The museum that appeals to gourmets, gourmands, gourmets and goinfres. The Museum of Gourmandise opens its doors during the weekend in Engis.
A veritable cabinet of culinary curiosities, this museum declines gluttony in its historical, archaeological, ethnographic, folkloric and artistic aspects thanks to some 1200 objects, furniture and authentic paintings, rare or curious, from antiquity to modern days.
Discover the fidibus holder, the zagueman, the bouzillé or the flybox! The symbolic value of cucumber and artichoke, the multiple uses of sugar or the dangers of bottle feeding.
Enjoy delicious old or regional recipes at the tavern and choose a souvenir at the shop.
