  • The most beautiful villages of Wallonia

In the heart of the Ardennes forest, 13km from Saint-Hubert in Luxembourg province, you will find the small village of Mirwart and its 10th century castle.

In a glorious natural setting, the castle dominates the village.

Mirwart’s fish farm is also worth visiting – there are many aquatic discoveries to be made there – and there are numerous signposted walks that lead you deep into the beautiful Saint-Hubert forest.

The association "Les Plus Beaux Villages de Wallonie"

Created in 1994 and inspired by the French equivalent, the association "Les Plus Beaux Villages de Wallonie" awards its label to the most beautiful countryside sites of Wallonia.

Listed buildings and outstanding patrimony (in a preserved environment) go hand in hand with the inhabitants' will to share their quality of life.
