Come and see this superb XVIIth century castle, built on a rocky hill in the province of Liège.
The site, which belongs to Vivaqua, is listed as Exceptional Cultural Heritage of Wallonia. There are 20 rooms to discover, richly decorated: ceilings, designed by Jean-Christian Hansche (a wonderfully skilled plasterer), paintings, tapestries from Brussels, XVIIIth century furniture and a perfect replica of the hydraulic wheel built in 1667 by Rennequin Sualem and which served as a template for Marly's machine.
Brasserie on site for lunch, hot drinks and pastries.
PRM: the ground floor (which represent 2/3 of the visit) is easily accessible. You will also find adapted parking spaces and toilets.
