Sainte-Hélène, the very first brewery in Gaume, offers a choice of 6 characterful creations, each following a traditional, artisanal brewing process: malt, hops and no artificial additive.

The latest in the family is the Grognarde, a tribute to Napoléon's Grognards (soldiers in his army, nicknamed "Grumblers").

Visits can be organised for groups of 10 to 60 persons, is guided by the brewer presenting every step of the mash.

Sainte-Hélène beers:

  • Blonde: Mistinguett, Gypsy Rose, La Grognarde
  • Dark: Lily Blue
  • Red: La Prime
  • Amber: Barley Wine
