Dairy family farm specializing in the artisanal production of raw milk cheeses from Gerpinnes cows.
The farm produces fresh Brie Belge cheese, Tomme de Raz Buzée but also Rigodon, a beer-ripened pressed cheese that takes its name from the drums of the Entre-Sambre folk marches. -and-Meuse.
