The Brasserie des Légendes

Founded in 2006, this brewery took the Brasserie des Géants and the Brasserie Quintine over. Two distinctive production units remain.

The Quintine site

Here is brewed the Quintine (a lager) which name refers to a famous local witch. Let's just say this beer will put a spell on you! The Hercule (a stout), based on barley grown on site, is also produced there,

The Goliath site

The Ducasse and the Goliath, made here, refer to the famous carnival of Ath, a much loved folkloric tradition in the region.

Many legends are associated with the beers brewed here such as the Ducasse d’Ath, the Gouyasse (Goliath the giant in the local dialect).
