Wallonia Picardy region presents a geographical particularity – it is split by Flanders between Mouscron and Comines-Warneton, a Walloon enclave in the Flemish region.

It possesses a rich past at the crossroads of three cultures: French, Walloon and Flemish. The region was deeply scarred by the First World War. Several monuments and historical sites testify to the significance of the conflict in this region.

Along the itinerary you’ll meet farmers of organic produce, be that dairy or vegetable. You’ll also be able to stop off at two producers of wines and beers.
