The Saint-Vincent March is an 740 years old tradition, taking place every year in Soignies.

Every Whit Monday, pilgrims walk by the relics of Saint-Vincent, founder of the town, along a route designed in 1262.

  • At 6 am, the pilgrims follow the relics of Saint-Vincent, founder of the town, along the itinerary designed in 1262.
  • From 11 am,  the reliquary casket is carried by an historical procession of 1,000 participants (of which a hunded are on horse), wearing stunning costumes. The route retraces the life of the saint and the tributes paid through centuries.
