- Grottoes and caves
The story starts in 1860, when Emile Henkinbrant starts digging the foundations of his neomedieval astle. Never did he expect to stumble onto a stunning kastic phenomena, complete with fascinating rooms and 800 m of underground galleries. Well worth the detour, we promise.
Mesmerising concretion
Nature has sculpted splendid stalagmites and stalactites here, some with elegant shapes, others joining. This surreal landscape is completed with colourful concretions: white, black, pink, blue... Each tint reflects the minerals carried by the drops of water infiltrating the cave.
