This microbrewery, based in Grez-Doiceau produces artisanal beers using distinctive ingredients such as spice or fresh fruit.
The brewery works as a participatory cooperative focusing on social and environmental considerations.
These terroir beers, made with ingredients grown locally and bought directly from the producer, are certified organic. Worth knowing too: they are sugar free, chosen with the cooperative members, sustainable and... delicious!
There are 4 to choose from:
Lager: La Blondasse, l'Adorée
Amber: La Roublarde
Dark: La Brunette
Fruity: Rousse de Poire
A wonderful project, leading to extraordinary beers!
