The Burdinale valley offers rugged but lush landscapes. This bike ride gives you a chance to fully appreciate how rich and varied the region, which mostly relies on agriculture, is.

The trail covers both sides of the valley. You are in Hesbaye, also called Belgium's cereal granary. Start in Burdinne, by the Grosse Ferme.

From the very first kilometres, easy paths alternate with more technical ones, passing fields, orchards and woods, then villages. At Fumal, you will cross the former countryside railway line.

It used to link Landen, Huy and Ciney. Near Vissoul, the road goes up and down in succession. At the park of the natural park of the Burdinale and Mehaigne valleys, the trail goes though sweet forests paths, consolidated ways and dirt tracks, immersing visitors in a wild, preserved nature.
