In Saint-Hubert, nature and gastronomie are the real stars

The pleasures of eating are part of daily life in Saint-Hubert. Foodies will delight in trying terroir specialities such as locally made charcuterie and sausage, game dishes, cheese and beer.

Game dishes

Visiting Saint-Hubert without tasting its charcuterie (cold, cooked meats) or game dishes would be like going to Brussels and not indulging in a waffle! There are game recipes to suit all tastes, from the easily pleased to the most discerning of gourmets.

Borquin

The sausage speciality of Saint-Hubert. Created in 1958 during the rebirth of the “Confrérie des Bouchers” (understand the “Brotherhood of Butchers”), this lightly-smoked saucisson made from pure pork, herbs and spices, is the pride of Saint-Hubert’s butchers.

The Prison's cheese

At the prison of Saint-Hubert, cheese is sacred. Some of the inmates, supervised by an agricultural technician, look after no less than 200 cows and make their own cheese. A great initiative and a fantastic product too...

Saint-Hubert beer

This beer has been making heads turn since 1988! Bearing the name of the town and also its brotherhood, this amber beer is brewed by the Brasserie du Bocq.
