Nestled in the stunning Domaine provincial d’Hélécine, the MiaBw (Musée d'interprétation archéologique du Brabant wallon) invites you to discover how reach the archaeological heritage of the region is.

3 ways to enjoy the site

  • Free photo exhibition in the park: visitors can follow an archaeologist from its finds on site to the work done in labs to identify and date artefacts and skeletons
  • Interactive guided tour: along artefacts, fossils of extinct species, tools... which you will have permission to handle
  • Simulator and mini lab workshop for kids, to better understand what happens during excavations
