Breaking eggs is quite a tradition in Malmedy for August 15th - for a giant omelette! The day is filled with activities, concerts and you are invited.
This giant omelette is made from 10,000 eggs in a giant 4-metre-wide frying pan then shared with the public - and it's free. This exceptional day takes place every year in Malmedy on August 15th. The day includes musical activities, games, BBQs, concerts and dancing.
- 10.30 am: mass at the cathedral
- 11.30 am: procession
- Noon: free giant omelette
- Noon, 2.30 and 5 pm: musical animations
