This picturesque ferme in the Ardenne is home to a charcuterie workshop making delicious terroir products from sanglochon (between sanlier/wild boar and cochon/pig.

During your visit, you will discover the differnt curing, smoking and drying techniques. The site also has a tasting area and shop to bring a few treats back home.
