This artisan cheese dairy, which opened in 2015, features products made exclusively with milk from the region.
All the cheeses are made on site by artisans Isabelle and Jose. A few to make your mouth water: a Tome aged beautifully, a floral Macu perfect for BBQs, fresh cheese seasoned with space, the delicious Maquée.
