La Fromagerie du Samson makes both dairy and cheese products. Vincent Verleyen prepares 30 to 40 raw milk cheeses every month. Authenticity, tradition, artisanal expertise... all guide the many steps of the recipes.
The products made on site are sold in the nearby shop together with a selection of Belgian, French, Italian, Spanish and British cheeses, Belgian, French, Spanish, Corsican charcuterie, bread, wine, deli products.
