At the doors of the Ardennes, in the exceptional setting of the Château de Harzé (17th century), the Milling and Bakery Museum will take you through the extraordinary adventure of harvesting grain, processing flour with old mills and bread making.
The museum is unique in its kind. The six halls feature the reconstruction of an authentic water mill, millstones and cogwheels moving by hydraulic force and many unusual and unknown objects.
On Sundays and public holidays in July and August, visitors can enjoy demonstrations in the bakery workshop. Special workshops can be arranged for groups.
