Located in the Pays de Vesdre, La Canardière is a duck farm but also a store with local produce and a culinary workshop.
This small farm raises, gives and prepares nearly 2000 ducks a year. In addition to foie gras, smoked duck breast, duck legs raw or candied, you will also find many local products (jams, candied, oils ...) that will enhance your dishes. La Canardière also offers cooking workshops for groups (by reservation).
In 2008, La Canardière duck breasts received a Crystal Rooster.
