You may know Jean Galler already... as a chocolatier. Wine is its second passion and this organic vineyard in Chaudfontaine, his knew quest for excellence.

His philosophy can be summed up in these few words: balance in nature is key and should be both respected and protected, hence the choice of producing organic nectars. The idea? Avoid the use of chemicals, which affect the soil, kill its biodiversity and which always find their way into the wine.

Visits and wine tasting

Jean Galler and his daughter Justine - who has inherited his love for wine - open their doors May to September to those wishing to learn more and taste the difference. Visits are free, and dates indicated on Septem Triones' official website and Facebook page.

Private visits for groups (10 persons min.) can also be organised for your choice of date. These last 2h30 and cost 20 Euros, which price can be deducted from any wine purchase at the shop there.
