This beautiful path is nestled in the Villers Abbey's garden of scents, a wonderful place to forget about the outside world.
Explore well being
The trail starts in the garden of scents and goes all the way to the Saint Bernard chapel. There are 8 themes to explore: non-judgement, patience, the beginner's spirit, confidence, resignation, gratitude, generosity and kindness.
What is a meditative path?
Meditation helps improving wellbeing by taking care of yourself, others and the world. Walking along the path, you will pause here and there, observe around you and within yourself... No more being a robot!
