Benoît Nihant opened his chocolate shop in 2005. His secret? A rigorous precision in his recipes and the highest quality of products, which he chooses from all places in the world. The chef invites you to share his passion, get a glimpse of the kitchens and of course, tastes exquisite treats.

The best cacao beans make the best chocolate

Very few chocolatiers make their chocolate straight from the cocoa beans: Benoît is one of them. It's all about passion and a quest for perfection.

This master chocolatier goes even further: he has its own cacao farm in Peru and works in partnership with plantation in Central and South America and Africa.

The small farms working with him commit to treat their workers fairly and to protect the environment.

Your visit

A visit to the chocolate factory starts with learning a little about the plantations. Next are the kitchens where you can see how a cocoa bean is turned into a delicious praline... Follows a tasting of the home-made creations. Duration: 2 hours.

The chocolate shops are in Brussels, Liège, Embourg and Awans (where you can visit the kitchens).
