This lovely walk is perfect to discover the Gaume region (South of the Province of Luxembourg).
The Montauban site features former 15th century forges in its valley and, on the rocky outcrop a shelter used as early as Celtic times and all the way to the Middle Ages. You can still see a dungeon there.
The path then takes you towards a series of some waterfalls cascading down the hills. They come from crons, a local word meaning petrifying springs.
The area simply is gorgeous: the vale is crossed by crystal clear streams, the flora and fauna is incredibly diverse and counts endangered species.
The RAVel, towards the end of the itinerary, will take you through wider woodlands.
