The Délice de la Sûre
12 months curing are necessary to get the fantastic taste the dry and smoked Hartman hams are famous for. Refined, a gentle colour, an exquisite, soothing taste... They are sure to highlight any of your dinners.
The Pig Museum and tapas bar
This fascinating shop features many of the Hartman products but also of local beer, Cave du Roy wines and other terroir delights. Alternatively, indulge in delicious treats at the tapas bar at the back of the shop.
