The Moulin de Hollange was built in the remarkable natural site near Fauvillers. This watermill is one of the last working ones in Belgium. Visitors can admire the mechanism, gear, millstone used to produce quality flour.
An artisanal heritage
From its natural, high quality wheat flour, this mill prepares stove oven bread. Its delicate aromas and amazing flavours have become its signature.
Authenticity
Fed by the water of the Strange river, a tributary of the Sûre, the mill can be found in a stunning estate, at the heart of the Parc Naturel Haute Sûre Forêt d'Anlier.
