Discover the exquisite, traditional apéritifs and liqueurs made by the Cellier Saint-Pierre, located in the stunning village of Ellezelles (Pays des Collines region, Province of Hainaut).
Local aromatic plants, selected by a herbalist, will be added to white, red or rosé wine and left to macerate. The collection also includes artisanal jams (with or withour sugar).
Visits and tastings can be organised for both individualas and small groups. Booking is essential.
Open Mondays from 10 am to 6 pm or by appointment.
