In Bastogne, the events that mark the year are enjoyed by all the family, in a warm atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. The Pat Carnaval was originally created by a youth movement, and at the Indian Festival taking place on a bison farm, Bastogne displays its family spirit.
Pat’Carnaval — February

Indian Festival — July

Foire aux Noix — Mi-December
Folklore in Bastogne is sacred! This Nut Fair, an event born of an old custom of offering nuts to one’s beloved, commemorates the siege of the town during the Second World War and the famous “Nuts!” uttered by General McAuliffe.
